Dear customers,
 
Pioneer & Onkyo Europe GmbH (now acquired by Aqipa GmbH) has made the decision to withdraw the Customer Care Program from new applications. 

This extended goodwill warranty has been running for several years and it has now reached the stage where if present, the defective network chip malfunction will have already taken place and be identifiable as the sole reason of an issue that is experienced. 

It has been stated from beginning of the program that Pioneer & Onkyo Europe GmbH (now Aqipa GmbH) may revise the Terms and Conditions of the Customer Care Program or Cashback Program at any time and may suspend or terminate either Program at any time without notice. 
 
If you do now experience any issues, please contact your nearest service centre for diagnosis of the issue and respective repair.
